Implements a better / way more flexible (but still a bit slow, will add cache I promise) to search using the same display side IIIF manifest to parse out page Order. This is so far meant to solve the IABookreader need but will grow (don't merge yet) into a valid IIIF Search API too.
TODO: Need to add some config options and it depends on some improvements on SBF 1.1.0 too (which can be pushed and merged without this one).
Will add some config instructions when ready for a merge.
